can someone explain to me ? Possible Stock Manipulation

I came across this video. it seems to me that is a stock manipulation ! but I am not sure if my understanding is correct

anyone can explain and confirm if this is true

True- some days you can see up to 5 million shares FTD. Compare with Rivian- which is 0.7 million max. There is definetly manipulation going on. But as Lucid establishes itself, this should improve. Nothing anyone can do about....Wall Street are just there to make money, they will do anything to achieve that goal.

This sounds accurate to me, but I am not a financial analyst. I do think that the stock is clearly manipulated regularly, and we've seen similar things on this very forum; every time the stock goes up at all, suddenly there is a spate of 'negative news,' (which is sometimes legit, but most often just trash tabloid nonsense), and the stock goes down again.

That is a very high FTD rate, and is pretty indicative of naked shortselling.

But again: I'm not a finance guy, this isn't financial advice, blah blah.

The current short interest is 30.63% from marketwatch which is quite a bit higher than the 20ish % I typically track on the stock. Maybe get the r/wallstreetbets on it to get it to squeeze....
