Is anybody having issues trying to schedule a service appointment? After adding all my service issues to the app, when I select continue to choose a service location all the dates are greyed out and I can’t see beyond 2 month.

The app doesn’t work for scheduling you gotta call. My app doesn’t even show my multiple service visits.

Same as above – I think depending on the Service Center they just don't populate the app's available dates at all. You gotta call – which means scheduling an appointment can be a frustrating experience if you end up playing phone tag with the Service Department's front desk.

Same problem here in So Cal. No facilities have appointments in all of So. Cal. You can pick a different service center that's far from you so that your typed in comments are logged and then call your local service center to get the appointment scheduled. I had to do this with Costa Mesa the last 2 appointments. Pretty frustrating. Lucid should add an option to keep your comments and then call for an appointment or have your preferred service center reach out to you.

You may also text them at (888) 995-8243.
That is customer care, not a service center. I would highly recommend calling a local service center directly rather than going through customer care, but that’s just my opinion.

The app scheduling worked when I first got the car in March but I think they've just gotten many more cars on the road since then and had to stem the tide and make people call directly.

I ran into this today. I'd had no issue scheduling in San Diego on the app before, but now see no available dates. I called Customer Care, but they could not schedule directly. They just sent a message to the San Diego service center, where I'd already left voicemail 2 days ago. No one is picking up there now.

On the website, I tried to schedule, but San Diego doesn't even show up on the list of service centers. I tried to schedule in Costa Mesa, but it also just messages the service center. Frustrating!
