Hi
Has anyone else has issues with various cameras not working intermittently?

While driving I noticed when I turned on my directional signal the side view camera didn’t turn on. This happens rarely. See image.

Also when I sometimes pull into my garage the 3D view doesn’t work, rarely.

Is this something mobile service can address?

Mine is generally restricted to an occasional parking cameras blackout. Interestingly, you can still hear the audio alerts as your proximity to obstacles lessen.

Has this really been acknowledged as a 2.5.0 issue? Maybe I missed something.

I had it happen intermittently before 2.5. I do not think mobile service can do anything here, as it seems to be a software issue.

I'd say it never hurts to have them diagnose/report it, but for me I can't reproduce it on demand to show them.

The fact the message even says "Turn your car off and on again" means they know about it to me.

It is a 2.5 issue. I had never had it happen prior. That isn’t to say it couldn’t; it’s definitely more common after 2.5 though.

I have a new 2025 Touring and this has occurred 4 times on me while driving. I am relieved that it is not just me and agree I hope it gets fixed soon. I have to turn car off for it to start working (that is the message I get, and it works )...

I'm encountering this fairly often. If I run errands back to back, eventually it appears to stop working.

Today for example I made two stops and it worked flawlessly at both stops but when I returned home, the cameras didn't work.

I love my Lucid AT but it's not a small car. I rely on the cameras for parking.

An ironic thing about this bug is that you have to park the car, leave it and then return to it to resolve the issue.

Turn off curb rash assist. It's a bug. If you turn it off, that will stop happening. I imagine they are fixing it soon.

I have the same issue. Very annoying. Have reset the info-tainment system multiple times and it works for while and a week or two later the same thing occurs.

I just installed 2.6.0 yesterday. So after a few days I’ll be able to tell whether it’s fixed. It used to happen to me randomly.

My cameras were having a lot of problems on 2.5.x, no problems so far on 2.6.0. I think it's fixed.

Same. After installing 2.6.0 I turned Curb Rash Assist back on and haven't experienced the problem again.

Same. I’d call this resolved, at least for me, and I also had it turned off in 2.5 for the same reason.

I really like curb rash assist, so I’m glad I have it back.

My car had an issue where 95% of the time the system wouldn't load either blind spot or 360, took it to service and they found a bad wire harness. So it's possible that its hardware. The service shop can run detailed diagnostics on the ADAS that we have no ability to troubleshoot.

I haven't encountered any camera/360 view issues since 2.6.0. So I hope it's done deal ..
