2025 Lucid Air Pure
Hi All.
The rear passenger side door of my 2025 Air is misaligned. I noticed it when I picked up the car a bit over a month ago, but didn’t mention it. Yesterday I washed the car and noticed condensation on the inside of the window, next to the rubber seal on that door. The other doors are all ok. Should I call customer care?

Anytime a post ends with should I call customer care, the answer will always be yes.

I have the same issue in my air misaligned the same way as your and the water issue around the seal. So I brought it up with my service center in Long Island Service center response - “ that’s just there build quality and very common “

Your SC should be able do any adjustments. Don’t be afraid to contact you SC directly. You may get better results for attention.

Urgh… sorry to hear Samwarrior… hope yours gets sorted out. The SC response you got is what I’m afraid of hearing when I bring it up. But I’ll call and keep everyone updated.

My '23 GT has very similar trim alignment. I plan on bringing it up next time I make an appointment.

I would never ever accept that response. I would escalate.

I purchased a pre-owned 2023 AT directly from Lucid and picked it up from the Costa Mesa studio in CA last week. However, I just noticed a similar issue with my driver side rear window. It is not sitting flush with the B pillar. When I checked the passenger side rear window, it is sitting flush with the B pillar as it should but the driver side rear window is sticking out past the B pillar. I don't know if it has the same rubber seal issue that was mentioned in the previous posts since its been hot and dry this whole week so no signs of any condensation building up. However, for a car in this class, I would of expected it to be symmetrical with the build quality of the doors and windows. I have a mobile service appointment in a few weeks to address an interior trim issue, so I wanted to get other members' opinion to see if the mobile tech would be able to address this window alignment issue when they come out to fix the interior trim issue. Other than that, I am loving my AT. The quickness is on another level and always brings a smile to my face every time I drive it.

Mobile techs can do a lot, most of the trim alignment (on my 22’s) were rectified through mobile service. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them.
