The avatar that appears on my iphone is not the same as the one that appears in the vehicle. I can easily change the avatar and it's always right on my iphone but getting it to change in mvehicle is impossible. I have a mobile tech out here the beginning of May and he thought it might be the strength of the internet causing the problem. That is not what's causing the problem.

You’ll have to log out and log back into your profile if it’s not changing. Have you tried a steering wheel reset?
You’re talking about the car profile photo? Matching the one in the app, if I’m correct.
