As an owner, why are you investing in Lucid?

You keep moving the goalposts (aka “special pleading,” a logical fallacy). That makes it impossible to have a debate or discussion with you. That is the reason people don’t engage as much in good faith with your arguments.

You have formed an opinion and are seeking evidence to justify it, rather than seeking evidence to form an opinion. That’s not worth debating or discussing, and is better placed on Reddit or X than here.

Try to have an open mind, and consider that you may occasionally be incorrect.
Open mind is being critical as well don’t you think? Stock price all time low, poor sales, European non- existent.

Sorry, I’m not looking for justification, I’m just presenting the facts.

Nothing, because they aren’t. The Air is still the best selling vehicle in its class. That’s the definition of “not a flop”

The Gravity has had some teething issues. So did the Air. That didn’t stop the Air from becoming the best selling vehicle in its class.
Flop execution……keys!

I really like my Air Touring -- it's not perfect, but it's a very good car with some decided shortcomings.

That said, imo, the company's execution has been pretty bad. Anyone remember these production forecasts: Lucid expects to deliver 49,000 vehicles in 2023, rising to 90,000 in 2024, 135,00 in 2025, and 251,00 in 2026? Gravity production to start in 2023?

So, this year will end at what, less than 15% of the projection given above? Gravity rollout/ramp is still quite slow and showing some quality issues.

As an investor, it's hard to have a great deal of faith in the company's management and execution. I do hope they succeed, and I have a small position in the company's stock. However, their repeated stumbles seem to be decreasing the likelihood of long-term success. The prospect of a future tsunami of Chinese EV's has to be terrifying to folks at Lucid and the traditional ICE manufacturers.
They need to get established as a volume player before the Chinese onslaught. Meaning they need to at least start midsize production by mid 2026 along with Rivian.

But knowing Lucid, they will drag their feet ….and investors take the bait, but hey, the executives still get their pay!

I suddenly see why my complaints drive some people nuts. Reading your rants is exhausting.

You just hit the jackpot!!!
Yeah, hope PIF gets the message……revamp the entire executive team responsible for supply chain, manufacturing and software……investors would be lucky to to break even in 10 years…..what a shamble management…..

It need to make to $100 for the initial offering value which is already 7 times current value. Now forget about anything you can make even.

I still don't understand why someone would buy the car, then double their risk by also buying stock. If LCID goes belly up, then you lose your stock investment and your car becomes almost worthless. I can see buying the car. I can see buying the stock (well not really, but you know what I mean). But I can't see buying both.

its a lease, I can just give it back at the end.

Lucid won’t go belly up, they have 5.5 billion to get to the midsize ramp. It’s just sucks that their management is so bad. They said Saudi buying 50k vehicles, they said 135k vehicles in 2025, Gravity production ready by end of 2024, Gravity touring in 2025…..many investors believed and invested. And you can’t compare to Tesla, at least even if Elon hyped up a lot, he pushed up the stock price. Lucid management keep messing up. Why promise these things, they can’t even sell 18k vehicles …….they need to seriously up the game and pull up their socks instead of feeding of the Saudis. Never did I imagine that they would release the Gravity so late and with so many software problems.Didnt learn a thing from the Air debacle. I have no hopes for the midsize ramp. It will be the same disaster.

I understand your point of view and concern, but ten posts a day of this does get old.

Yeah. They're great at innovative design. But their execution needs work.

The hope is that execution can be worked out. Shouldn't be nearly as hard to find the right people to supply it and build it since that's the routine part. But alas...

Being critical is not the issue. Plenty of people are critical.

You are not presenting the facts. You are presenting conclusions, and then justifying them with cherry-picked facts. When called on it, you claim you meant something else entirely. It is exhausting, and it does not move the discourse forward.

Please stop.

Investors rant for poor executive performance…..just facts…..just repeated what Lucid executives said to draw in investors….i forgot to mention the 50k vehicle Saudi commitment to buy, where has that gone? That was another reason I Invested. Anyone know how many vehicles Saudi Gov actually bought?

Good grief, you’ve made your point. What’s your motivation in repeating it over and over and over?

Seriously, anyone know how many vehicles were bought?
This says 11% of revenue came from the Middle East region (Saudi Arabia + UAE) in 3Q2025.
