Any idea why the efficiency display is capped at 6.21 mi/kwh?

I understand that 6.21 miles is 10 km but that just seems like a very low limit at which to cap the display. That's about 1.5x the EPA rating of this vehicle. It would just be interesting to see actual efficiency when going downhill and/or slowly.

The good news is it does store the data above 6.21 miles/kWh for the overall trip calculation, so if you keep driving it will eventually drop if you go uphill or whatever.

But yeah, I’m not sure why the display is capped at 10km. Maybe they never thought it’d be that efficient haha

I figure they do that because once upon a time some idiot was going down Long Holy Crap Hill. As they were coming up on an EV charging station, they read on their pilot panel that they were getting 87.3 miles per kWh, and since they had a whopping 44 kWh remaining, they figured there was no problem going on to the next charging station, some 630 miles away. Litigation ultimately ensued.

As a side note, as they drove through Holy Crap Valley on their way to the up side of Long Holy Crap Hill, they stopped at McDonald's and bought a scalding hot venti coffee, which they nestled between their legs to keep it handy and warm.

I'd like to think they thought at some points it'd be above 10km/kWh, considering how much they talk about being the most efficient haha. Definitely easy to hit that going downhill and I'm just curious to know how efficient it is going downhill. Always was fun seeing like 186.2 mpg going downhill.
