Hi! Regarding you saying that your aOS app never connects, please do the following...
Verify that you are running at least Android 12.
Make sure your Lucid app has been updated recently.
Set the app to run in the background. Do this by long-pressing the app icon. Then click on app info. Then click on app battery usage. Then click on allow background usage.
While sitting inside the car... Open the app. Click on the little phone icon in the top right corner and click on 'remove vehicle'. Then, follow the steps necessary to re-pair the app with the car. These steps are stated quite clearly.
After you do that, delete and then re-pair your phone to the car.
Last, for good measure, do a logo reset.
Assuming you want the app to lock/unlock the doors for you, make sure you use the pilot panel to turn on the car's options which allow the app to automatically unlock and lock the car.
A lot of people have an issue waking their car from the app when their car has access to BOTH wi-fi and the AT&T SIM card. If that is the case, you should use the pilot panel to turn off wi-fi in the car. You do not need to have both operating, and sometimes, the app has a problem when both are active. This is both an iOS and aOS problem.
Let me know if this helps. Good luck!
