The massage function on the driver side of our Air has begun to malfunction. It will begin a massage and show the moving orange dots that indicate the massage is underway. But after less than a minute, the massage stops. The orange dots gray out but continue to display massage motion. We’re not seeing the problem on the passenger side.

Anyone else experiencing this? Is it likely a hardware or a software malfunction?

This is an Air Dream Performance that is now out of that portion of the warranty, so I'm wondering what I'm up against in fixing it . . . and whether it's even worth it.

It’s hardware, most likely. Those massage balloons do degrade over time, which is why it shuts off after 20 minutes to prevent overuse.

The solution is likely a seat replacement. I have no use how much that would cost.

Interesting. The passenger seat massager has been used considerably more.
