I've seen a lot of references to "GT" on here and some of them appear to be people talking about their Air Grand Touring and some of them seem to refer to the Gravity Grand Touring. We are using GT and DE here to refer to the variants of Gravity, but I believe the discussions prior to Gravity would have Air GT owners simply talking about GT?

If we went with ADE, AT, AP, AGT, GT, GDE, GGT that might help, but Gravity Touring discussions might be confused with previous discussions about (assuming Gravity) GT and (assuming Air) GT.

Perhaps A-<type> and G-<type> might help distinguish if one is talking about a Grand Touring with the Model assumed vs Gravity Touring because A-GT, G-GT, and G-T would all be unambiguous?

Then there's the issue of getting posters to adopt new abbreviations.

Thoughts?

IMO, "GGT" and "GDE" don't have the same ring as "AGT," "AT," or "AP (especially AGT)!

I've never seen anybody refer to it as an ADE (and it's been very rare, if somebody has), but I do suppose that will be necessary now that we have two DE models. The same goes for the GTP, which I've definitely never seen anybody refer to as AGTP (this will likely persist, as I don't think there is a GGTP in the works; the DE is essentially that).

I love how people attribute this one to the Gen-Z'ers, but I literally NEVER understand any of these. Matter of fact, I don't know what GMTA is! If you want to blame anybody for these, blame millennials! 🤣

Great minds think alike...
Dang xponent, does a boomer have to explain this to a gen Z??!! 🤭🤭🤭
But I appreciate you not answering AITA 😝

I recommend (W T F) as an abbreviation for new bugs introduced by OTA updates.

I'm a millennial and also have no idea wtf a GMTA is. Take that blame elsewhere, kid
