I’d love to see what kind of new telemetry that collects and sells about the driver.

Your best bet is to call the service center to see if they have them in stock.I have been waiting for the CCCv2 upgrade. I was at the Costa Mesa center for an appointment in October for the upgrade. When I arrived, I was informed that they did not have the chip. I still have not heard anything. When will the chip be available. I checked the calendar, but cannot find any days for an appointment.
It is “available.” It was simply out of stock at your service center.I have been waiting for the CCCv2 upgrade. I was at the Costa Mesa center for an appointment in October for the upgrade. Mine's in for upgrade right now.
Where did you read/hear that it "mostly" affected the software team? It was 12% across multiple departments not only software. Status from Lucid has been Summer \ Fall for Air so unless they state otherwise I'd assume that's still the plan. With layoffs announcement that is mostly impacting software team, what is the new timeline for UX 3.0 for Air?
Hmmm...honestly I don't feel my AGT is lacking features. Heck I don't use half the features it has already!Late summer is a long ways away for a lack of features.
Hate to burst your bubble, but apart from V2H, Lucid has provided the Air with all the features promised. If you need to wait until summer to get more, consider it a bonus since they don’t owe you anything more. If this were BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc. you’d be told to buy a new model to get new features.Late summer is a long ways away for a lack of features.

From the bits and pieces read online and videos watched it seems the Air needs a code rewrite to run 3.x which will put it on the same stack as Gravity. Why would you waste resources in adding features to redundant code when an entirely new version is coming in 6 months. Wouldn't you rather them be focusing on the new code and making sure it's polished, minimal bugs at launch etc.?
If we're keeping score, we are missing V2H, multitasking, dashcam, and maybe improvements to HomeLink?

Maybe because you still want to keep selling the Air? Is it discontinued? Why would you waste resources in adding features to redundant code when an entirely new version is coming in 6 months. I think they are trying to prop up used Air prices. Easier to justify buying new when used prices are not so much less, and helps the brand image if they are seen as long-lasting cars that don't quickly go obsolete.Maybe because you still want to keep selling the Air? Is it discontinued?
If you let the software to rot, you are not going to sell neither used nor new Airs.I think they are trying to prop up used Air prices. Easier to justify buying new when used prices are not so much less, and helps the brand image if they are seen as long-lasting cars that don't quickly go obsolete.

Perhaps we could consider that there exists a spectrum between “leave it to rot” and “build all new features twice for both the old stack and the new”?If you let the software to rot, you are not going to sell neither used nor new Airs.
If there was a lot of technical debt with the UX 2 codebase, and they're standardizing on UX 3 for midsize as well, and they plan to keep the Air in production a few more years, I can see why they decided to go this way.Perhaps we could consider that there exists a spectrum between “leave it to rot” and “build all new features twice for both the old stack and the new”?
