Screen won't change. Elements of the UI are expected but who knows if thats a 26 event or later. I wouldn't expect much differences from prior models and any UI changes will likely be implemented in earlier models as well.Does anyone have an idea what's expected for 2026 Air? Wondering if they would bring the Gravity's UI, screen and NACS charging to the Air. Thoughts anyone?
That is funny - I posted the same thing on Reddit and got the same type of response. I thought that was a reasonable expectation too.I would expect '26 Air to introduce NACS native charging, but, when I posted this opinion on Lucid sub Reddit a few weeks ago, I was downvoted very heavily. Go figure. I thought it was a very reasonable expectation. They basically questioned what I was smoking...![]()
And a transition to Gravity's new rear motor/controller assembly to perform the HV boost. It's notably bigger than the Air's motor/controller assembly. Many things would have to change, a substantial effort by many people who should be working on the midsize models. More time-consuming than swapping in a new keyfob and matching radios, just for purposes of comparisonNACS would take a pretty significant redesign, more to move the charge port and wiring to the back than anything else...
IMHO unlikely for 26 air given supply issues for gravityWhat about a head up display?
Those are all AI generated Click Bait BS.I don’t understand the videos @Cosmo Cruz. The 2026 Air is already announced and shipping and has minimal changes. Is this just for concepts?
You said what I was thinking but i was holding back a bit. Those are all AI generated Click Bait BS.
This is why I posted the videos. (note: this is a Dream Edition Air, not the common- folk version).I don’t understand the videos @Cosmo Cruz. The 2026 Air is already announced and shipping and has minimal changes. Is this just for concepts?
You’re not missing anything. AI has been used to fill the Internet with lies. This is why I posted the videos. (note: this is a Dream Edition Air, not the common- folk version).
There is nothing on the Lucid website about re-visiting the Dream Edition Air.
Am I missing something? Anyone heard about a refreshed Dream Edition Air ? Performance specs are the same, interior is worse (bigger laptops on dash), rear is better (looks less like a Taurus).

But I'm really interested in a convertible, like this Lucid-powered Genesis:
