2023 LUCID AIR PURE NOT TAKING OTA FOR 2.2.18 & 2.2.20 IS HAPPING TO ANYONE?

Is anyone has problem with LUCID AIR PURE not downloading OTA 2.1.18 & 2.2.20

I haven’t gotten neither .18 nor .20…and I have the GT

drop-off the car at the Lucid service center, let center talk to OTA & engineer team

Happened to me. I called CS and they fixed it in a few minutes, while I was on the phone.
