The screen shown appeared Saturday night. It is the second time it’s happened. I pulled over and rebooted the car but the message persisted. Prior to this the screen, the passenger airbag light was on and kept flashing the child lock warning was faulty (yellow triangle and child lock was all I could see as it flashed so quickly).

The first time this happened a mobile tech said it was a small power surge and not to worry. This time they are picking it up to take to the service center hopefully tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced this? What types of remedies should I be asking for? Is it serious?

Sorry if this has been discussed already. I looked around and didn’t find any concrete answers.

That sucks. I've had one before, and the mobile tech shouldn't have told you it was a 'small power surge'. Anytime you get a 12v failure the car should be taken into service; my guess is they'll need to replace your HV battery and/or Wunderbox, but they'll diagnose and figure it out.

You'll likely be without your car a couple weeks, so do ask for a loaner.
