Strange, I have the exact opposite opinion between our i-4 and Air Pure. The Pure is much quicker off the line. I also feel like it is much better behaved in twisties, especially high-speed lateral transition body control. Don't get me wrong, I like them both, but if I were taking one to the track it would definitely be the Lucid. Maybe the difference is the weight savings in the Pure vs AGT?
At the end of the day, in the I4 I am always reminded that it was an ICE vehicle converted to an EV unlike the Air which was designed from the ground-up as an EV. Things like the (lack of) frunk and the center driveline hump in the rear passenger area.
