I would suggest not to update on the weekend and especially when you are not home. It better safe than sorry. Yes i understand this should not happen, but its for our own good since we heard multiple reports of people have issue when updating. If it was me, i would not update on the weekend...

Agree with your approach. Lucid should consider you to sublease or transfer the lease. I think the problem here is BoFa since they are handling them. I hope you find some solution other than loosing total lease cost.

I think it all depends on the how roads are marked. On my way back home, i have handsfree all the way for 35miles, no disengagement at all.

I am just posting in general. I mean Tesla may or may not and it’s not Lucid to blame. Its jut my opinion, Tesla vehicles don't benefit in any way with this V4 being 1000V so a V3.5 is good enough for them to support other cars with cable length.

I don't think Tesla is in any hurry to get the V4 out or may not even bring them out. The only Tesla vehicle that benefits out of V4 is Cybertruck and we all know how they are selling out of lots of 😜 With this, i mostly believe they may not come out before Tesla comes up with an updated car...

I’m glad it began. I believe it’s in everyone’s best interest that it was implemented on Monday instead of mid-week.

Calling others in this discussion is not warranted. No one asked for update on day one. Everyone are curious to know why its was delayed and what happened since it was a public announcement rather than a normal OTA.
