Thanks for the quick reply. Before few days back I had one to two (max) notifications in a day, but now I am getting every 30/40 minutes. There is also some fan like noise I hear even though car is locked which goes away afterwards. It occurred overnight as well so does not seem to be related to...

Thanks! Car is parked in garage and temperature outside is around 20F. I did contact customer service but they indicated because it is cold car is giving that alert. I am surprised, that I am getting that message even though car is plugged in. I thought plugging in might keep the battery warm...
