I fully agree this is the most likely reason for this maximum effort to claw back as much as they can. I just receive my invoice as well after returning my 23 Air Pure AWD (one of the first ones delivered in Texas) with 9700 miles. Got a $5,800 invoice. Cant see the reason yet as I cant log in...

Had my 23 Pure AWD for almost 2 years. Trim issues were sorted shortly post delivery. No serious issues whatsoever since. At the end of my lease, buying another Lucid as no one has released anything better.

This only happens to me at EA chargers. 4 separate times trying multiple chargers. I brought it up to service as it's going in for an unrelated issue and they said they'd look into it.

Agreed. Tesla builds pretty much all vehicles with FSD hardware but you have to pay for the software to use it. This practice will likely grow in the future.
