Ok. Seems like a dangerous bug is the reason I posted. Took a couple times of wheel lurching out of my hands to identify correlation. Its an incorrect and dangerous "assist" to a predictable road configuration. In the I'll take comfort in not being alone.

Definitely had some issues with navigation too. Not sure if it's better now since I stopped using it. Odd routings, very hard to omit or change intermediate stops. Poor range estimates. Have been relying on Google maps, ea and evgo and chargepoint apps.
