Actually, all I want is for it to keep it's range when it's plugged in. I have a Tesla Model S #895 from 2012 and that's exactly what it does.

Excellent. Thank you. I have never gone into settings! It is now at 92%. So from 100% to 92% in 60 hours. Is this a normal drain? I need some kind of knowledge when speaking with the service rep at Lucid. I don't want to have this situation again.

Perhaps I'm missing how to see % on the app. All I can see is miles. I am don't have the car with me. In the 25 minutes since I posted the above message, it has gone from 421 to 419 miles.

I am the owner who bricked their Lucid by going to New York for 2 months. The car was picked up June 16th, it is still in the service center. They replaced the battery on the 14th of July. On Saturday morning it was charged to 455 miles of range. It was unplugged after this and as of now...

2 Months Away, 0 Miles on return

Very, very helpful. Thank you. They were upfront and said they are in the last 2 week push for the month so they're busy. But once they get the battery (around the 1st-ish) it will take a day to install it and then they want to keep it to make sure everything is working well together. The car...

No, perfect battery weather. Monterey, CA. Mostly always 70 degrees.

That's a good theory. And could explain why the charge port white flashing light was on. And you're right, the SOC should have never gone down. If they don't have it set up to trickle charge then this will happen to someone else in the future.

Hmm. I didn’t see that notice. But it was only 3 days between starting it and then finding out there was 0 miles. I don’t think it could discharge that soon.

2 Months Away, 0 Miles on return

So, that's the thing. Why would it take 3 days to get a notification that the update completed and then find out you're still on the same version as you were before? When it said it completed, 3 days later, I thought "Hmm. That's strange it took so long" so I went into the app and that's when I...

I wonder too. I have #450 Roadster and #895 Model S, so this is not my first rodeo. It was plugged in when I left and it showed green on the charge port. How does it go to 0 after 2 months while it is plugged in?

They are going to replace the high voltage battery, which takes a day of labor. I don't know about the 12V batteries. They are discharged but I don't know if they have to replace or just charge them up.

Update: 0 miles = bricked battery. They are replacing the battery pack, we still don't know what caused it though.

The mobile charger's LUCID logo was white at my house, meaning it was fine and now Lucid's Millbrae service department says it's red for them. So they are replacing the mobile charger too. Previous Post: I received my Air on April 6th. Drove it home, plugged it in and left for 2 months. I...

I should have put that in. Passenger side, rear wheel. And it didn't look too easy. There were plastic plugs you had to take out. I think the maintaner would be a good idea but first I'd want to know if the Wunderbox took care of the 12v charging and if it did would you be doing anything...

2 Months Away, 0 Miles on return

I received my Air on April 6th. Drove it home, plugged it in and left for 2 months. I plugged it into a fully functioning 220V outlet. I set the range for around 200 miles as I thought there was no need to set it higher, I knew how long I was going to be gone. The light was green on the charging...
