Did they specify you must make the depreciation AND financing portions of the monthly payment (eg 100% of the monthly payment)? Or just the depreciation component?

I'm not sure this is right. The buyout price should be the adjusted lease balance (remaining depreciation) plus the residual, plus any related transaction fees. Can anyone who has leased confirm? @joec?

So for 2023 buyers, what’s the downside to leasing - thereby getting the tax credit in the form of a cap cost reduction - and then buying out the lease? There are some extra hoops to jump through, but for $7500 it seems worthwhile?

I applied on a Friday and was approved by Tuesday morning.

While my car is still showing as “in production,” my DA confirmed today it is now in transit to Seattle (hopefully with a few other Seattle members’ cars). I’m looking at delivery late next week.

I’m likely going to switch to all seasons. I’m holding out hope for an EV specific set of all seasons - which my SA said was in the works for 2023. In the meantime we’ll use my wife’s SUV when it snows this winter. I’ll note I did see a Zenith Red on 21s out and about in the slush this morning.

Ok Odd - my membership application took a few days to process with Parsons but my loan application was submitted on a Friday and approved on Monday. You should call Parsons as I think they are capable of moving pretty quickly.
