    Glass Roof Tint

Has Lucid updated the tint on the glass roof? In Kyle Conner's 15k update of the 2025 model GT, the tint seems to start at the junction of the A-pillar trim and the roof trim. On earlier models, it seemed to start 5-6" inches below that junction. Am I losing it or have others noticed this? The...

Looking for opinions on the 21" wheels

I have an AGT with 21" wheels on order; I tried to get the wheels swapped but that's no longer something Lucid is doing. I've read a lot on this forum about the tires not holding up well to potholes, and that they're both expensive and, sometimes, unavailable. But how bad are these tires really...

    Lucid Air or BMW i5

Is anyone else holding off on a Lucid because of upcoming EVs? I‘m speaking specifically of the BMW i5 M60, which has a lower range but the benefit of being from a legacy manufacturer with a solid service network, as well as a lower price? The early reviews also look incredibly promising...

Air needs some changes for tall drivers.

General background: I'm 6'4" and pretty slender. I cancelled my order a while back but recently drove my brother's Air Touring for 120 miles. Seat Differences between Trims

I know there's been a lot of discussion about seats. According to the SA at my recent test drive, here's the differences: AGT has massage, vent, heat, adjustable side/seat bolsters, power headrest, and seat extender. AT has vent, heat, and seat extender. AP has heat. On cars that lack the...

    Changes to recent production cars.

I test drove a brand new Air (VIN 58xx) yesterday and noticed a few changes from previous versions: 1. The center screen retraction/extension is much quieter and smoother. 2. The charging door mechanism has been revised and is smoother. 3. The roof has a darker tint. It apparently also has a...

    So about that steering wheel...

Does anyone have a firm answer on whether the steering wheel senses contact through a torque sensor (have to apply a turning force to the steering wheel) or through a capacitive touch sensor (just a light touch)? For reference: BMWs use capacitive wheels; Tesla uses a torque sensor.
