Yes. That was the part where I tried to inform them of the issues I found using the feedback form on the site -- and it was not working either. Not throwing stones, just trying an alternate channel to make them aware and hopefully fix it. There does seem to be some conduit between this site...

Sorry for the confusion - NOT this site - the newly published owner site from Lucid....

I find the most bothersome aspect of it is that within the range of it rising and falling in 'whine' it hits a spot where it sounds like the siren on an emergency vehicle. When I first got the Lucid that had be constantly looking around to avoid impeding a first responder. Then I gradually...

I received my email to sign up for the Lucid Owner site. I signed up and discovered that many of the links don't work or go to the wrong location (ex 'Referral Program' goes to "Design & Build"). And, of course, the feedback page that I tried to use to report these issues (wait for it)...

Received an Android update and now the app is behaving again. Must have been something in the security update - nothing else changed. 🤷‍♂️

Maybe Lucid is mining bitcoin on the the GT while it is idle... doubt it. Or idle Lucids are playing a massive multi-car online game and it has to upload its moves....

Grand Touring has been UPLOADING over half a gig of data every day this week, but no significant downloads. Taps finger on desk....

Last update I see in Google Play Store is from 7 July 2023. I have that version and it still crashes. Is there supposed to be a newer release coming today or this week?

For the last 2 weeks, every time I open the lucid app on my pixel android phone it closes after 2 seconds. Have tried clearing cache and data and even reinstalling to no avail. Any suggestions other than sitting on hold with support then having them hang up without ever answering the call?

If that is the case, my mobile key has NEVER worked. I have always had to start the app to get the car to unlock. Now with 2.0,.64, that does work and I have to use the fob. This is getting old....

Really happy you had a great experience. Maybe, someday, I'll be able to report the same.....

Mobile app and car couldn't find each other. The phone was paired to Bluetooth in the car with a slightly different name than what is displayed on the Bluetooth screen in the Pilot panel ('LUCID-05XXX" vs LUCID-XXX). Deleted both bluetooth connections from the phone, then reconnected key...

I have yet to have a good experience with Lucid Customer service. Last night was the worse. About a month ago, I sent a text to support because I noticed that a couple of the heating strands in the rear window don't appear to work. I noticed it because I happened to hop into GT on a foggy...

Welcome to another Ohio Lucid Owner! Did they charge you car to 100% or 80%? Mine was only at 80% when handed over...

My one and only EA experience was actually pre-Lucid. I pulled my Bolt into a 8 bay station in northern Cincinnati, plugged the car in and walked away. I returned to find that it had stopped charging a minute or so after I plugged it in. Tried several other posts and most of them wouldn't...

After this update, pilot panel is unresponsive to touch 4 out of 5 times entering the car. No camera issues that others are reporting, just regression back to pilot panel fail.

Estimated at a 7 minute update -- 'improvements to your vehicles headlights'....

Accelerator. Also think it is creative/fun that one EV on the market has the accelerator and brake pedals imprinted with the Play and Pause icons

Common reaction around town (and typically high school kids): stand, point and shout "what the F*** is THAT"? Dropped off my wife at a Chevy dealership to pick up her car - the entire office emptied out and surrounded the Lucid. One of the salespeople asked "How do you have this car? It isn't...

Talk about Just In Time delivery -- FedEx just delivered the plates a few minutes ago!
