What mister caroline said....lol it was a thing, then to get connectivity back you had to do a song and dance with cell phone hot spot...service suggested leaving wifi off. That was back in December though

Been away a while so sorry if this is obvious but the last I knew, service told me to use only cell for connection, as wifi would cause the car to show as not connected....at any rate, has this been resolved? Thank you

Yes, very distinct directional sound for me with everything but the rear surrounds ... during those 2vyests I had nothing. so yours produced sound during the rear surrounds segment of the test? I have mobile service coming Tuesday so I guess I can have them look at that also.

Today I played the Atmos speaker test that is on Tidal, and all the speakers worked except for the left and right "rear", is this normal? Side and even the "top" left and right worked, but nothing when playing the rear surround part of the test. Anyone else have any experience with this?

Im thinking the same things. Believe me, if anyone else was experiencing it, they would be posting about it. Ill add it to my service ticket also and will post back if I get any feedback form them

Update: Checked settings and all alerts were still off. It's officially a new bug. Guess I'll report it via email.
