Rear surround speakers working?

Today I played the Atmos speaker test that is on Tidal, and all the speakers worked except for the left and right "rear", is this normal?
Side and even the "top" left and right worked, but nothing when playing the rear surround part of the test.
Anyone else have any experience with this?

SS Pro here - both “Speaker Channel Identification (Dolby Atmos Reference v1.0)” and “Dolby Atmos speaker test” worked for me, with perceptibly significant directionality for each signal.

Yes, very distinct directional sound for me with everything but the rear surrounds ... during those 2vyests I had nothing.
so yours produced sound during the rear surrounds segment of the test?
I have mobile service coming Tuesday so I guess I can have them look at that also.

Yes, the rear surround segments of both files produced distinct sounds. In other words, each track engaged the channels contiguously with no unexpectedly silent portions.

I would encourage you to let them know that Monday - parts can be put on truck, scheduling adjusted for owner behind your appointment - just helps with the already difficult scheduling issues so many on here have experienced...

By the way, I have used the Dolby Atmos reference tracks on Tidal and not had any problems.
