Hello - I think I got notification for my 2023 Lucid air for software update for keyfob. For some reason, I lost the notification and I am not sure how to get that software update now. Does by chance anyone know, if anyone got the keyfob software update for 2023 Lucid Air and how to get it back...

I am sure that I have pushed charger all the way. Anyway I turned off notifications for charging from app so not sure what might be going one now.

I have also subscribed for Free subscription plan on Lucid app, since my plan is expired now (purchased Air Touring 3 years back). Next week I will need to charge on EA charger, and it will be the first time since my complementary charging is over.

Hello, Yesterday in cold winter (drove to urbana champaign, IL) I drove my car to almost 5% (40 miles) or so remaining. I was parked waiting for someone and somehow it felt that someone hit/pushed the car from back. I took the car to charging station, but all the charging stations were full...

I did have my car connected to home charger with charging port opened. So, some of you are right on it is probably considering charging port as window.

Actually, somehow today I did not get that error.

I started getting this last week, tried opening and closing all the windows, moved to latest version 2.8.16 of software, did hard reset, disconnected/removed bluetooth connection for phone and mobile key, added them back again. Still it is happening.

Yes I am seeing this even though my windows are not open. Also, it does not start HVAC to heat the car.

Thanks! SC took the car and the responses is same, it’s normal. I sent them video as well, but they think it’s normal since there are no warning/error signs. I hope it is normal as SC suggests.

2) Front top panel was generating some noise and when I touched it was hot. I parked the car for 5/10 minutes and that stopped happening. It seems to me some fan was going off and generating some noise but I am not 100% sure. This is what is bothering - it is I think back of the front panel...

I am having same issue, and it is embarrassing. I have been telling Lucid service reps from some time but they kept on telling me it's normal operation. Which seems not correct. I also turned off A/C while charging at E/A but no difference.
