I respectfully disagree. Bluetooth as a protocol is always on and searching where as RF is initiated on a as needed basis thus battery life runs from 6 months to 1 year..

Both fobs don’t work at all ; not a battery issue checked each with a voltmeter. When they were working they operated like a squirrel unpredictable.

The problem is that they should not have used Bluetooth either in Tesla or Lucid as it is very proximity sensitive. They should have used RF. gives long range signal.

A small antenna definitely would be required. Frequency of XM would have no effect. It’s like separating church from state.

That is partly correct . On my 483 and AMg GT-R there is a separate menu section which is a base preset for volume as well as voice type. Once navigation is initiated you can then fine tune the volume.Have been intouch with customer care waiting on a reply. Will update once known.
