    Lucid delivered my car damaged

While I agree with most of your premise here, I do think that is a bit aggressive. They are ramping, and cashflow is obviously tight, so they can't be running around fixing everything for free; and even when it's questionable who is at fault like the transport company, I'm sure they will use...

    Lucid delivered my car damaged

Correct once this happens it triggers them to shut down and defer to legal because anything from there is liable and they are not allowed to speak legally on the companies behalf

    Lucid delivered my car damaged

I refused to sign until we knew who/how to follow up, which I did get a path forward on. I already had the damage report they give it to you each time it's picked up and each time it's dropped. These guys deal with this all the time.

    Lucid delivered my car damaged

I submitted a ticket about my vin and it took them almost 4 months to tell me the problem wasn’t even them.

    Lucid delivered my car damaged

I had this happen too, it's not Lucids responsibility it's the delivery people. That is why when they drop the car (from the trailer) they go around it with videos and and taking pics to show the state of the car before they hand it off; and they make you sign a e-form for damage acceptance that...

    Software and Tech Opinions

Lucid's software is it's weakest point, that is not a compelling statement. I will happily share a run down chart of how much time my pure has been in transit/at SC vs a RSQ8 which is what I am leaning towards as my next car. While OTA's are cool, this maturity model is still in it's infancy.

    Software and Tech Opinions

I'd def like to compare a run down chart for time spent in the service center(and in transit) of any one of the above vs my lucid pure :)

What about a BMW 850 Gran Coupe M series, Porsche Cayenne Coupe, Audi RSQ8, or even a Cadillac Blackwing? All are top ranked sports cars with more stable OS...

    Software and Tech Opinions

100% agree, borderline absurd and TBH, they seem to be getting worse combined with the slower/smaller OTA releases it is extremely alarming IMO

    Software and Tech Opinions

Perhaps the group would be happy if it was restated from "lucid doesn't know how to write good software" to a more opinionated statement like "I have not been able to have a positive experience with the software"

Starting to regret getting this car...

Completely agree, I just got frustrated when these things are being raised and it "feels like" others come in and post a comment that seems like it's invalidating or devaluing what others are experiencing.

Actually you could say Range Rover is better considering they can service the cars better than lucid today.

Starting to regret getting this car...

I’m not trying to compare lucid to Toyota, they are closer to Range Rover by comparison. My car has been in the shop in the last 18 months than my last 3 cars bmw 650, Audi q8, Escalade combined

Perfection isn’t the bar, you said that not me, but there is a lot of room between the top and where lucid service is today…the point that is being made is there is TOO much room

Just bc you call it a “little house fire” doesn’t mean everyone else sees it that way

Again ur projecting your opinion as fact; I (and many others here) disagree with your premise.
