This is fantastic. I'd be happy to add an antenna if it were native and not streaming. Streaming will not solve my issue of not having enough cell service to stream.
I just purchased the ChargePoint Flex and a NEMA 50 to NEMA 30 adapter. However, in reading the ChargePoint manual, it says that 30a charging cannot be done with plugging in, has to be hardwired. I'm getting estimates for a 60a circuit now.
Thanks to all for your very helpful input. I need to have SXM because much of my drive is in non-cell service. I'm interested in the RoadyBT but it looks rather large. If you've purchased it and have installed it, I'd really like to see some pics of the install and to know how the BT works...
Hi, my name is Mark and I spend most of my winters in N. Scottsdale, near Troon CC. I'm interested in your Sirius installation. Which receiver did you use? Do you have an photos you could send me of your installation? I pick up my AGT a week from Tuesday and am very interested in having SXM...
I'm sensing that, even though EA has these higher wattage chargers, they are not to be relied upon.
Where I drive is pretty isolate, can't take many chances on stuff not working.
I see the only advantage to using the EA network is that it is 'free' for a certain amount of time. I'm just curious, how much does it cost to go from, say, 10% to 70% at a ChargePoint level 3?
Given that this is my first EV (taking delivery on 11/1), I'm learning about charging.
My house that we bought in 2011 has a NEMA 14-30 plug. I had a electrician confirm to me today that it is a 30a circuit. He told me the wiring would not support 50a.
I'm looking at the ChargePoint flex for...
I'm in Durango but we're picking up our MG in Scottsdale. Our DA out of Scottsdale has been pretty good. There are 2 AGTs here in Durango, beside mine. Anti-snowbirds, probably.
