The steering wheel reboot is the same as the Air, and is the accepted way to reboot infotainment in the Gravity. Brake, Mic, X. The other reset is letting the car fall asleep and waking it up again.

That said, if you watch the demo video in Gravity (under Sanctuary mode), it does specify them along with camp mode, for example, so it’s definitely on the list.

If someone, anyone, were willing to post their Gravity lease agreement/contract, we could confirm this. I’m pretty sure your SA is wrong, but I’m basing this on the Air lease agreement.

Some cases don’t work well with some wireless chargers. This isn’t unique to Lucid; the same case of mine that didn’t work also was a pain on other wireless chargers.

Sure; it was marketed to me as the bottom screen was the “detail” screen. Possible they changed how they spoke about it ex post facto. I was just clarifying it was very intentional, even if it didn’t work out. :)

It has been our experience a comment like this just adds nonsense to the discourse and helps with nothing. See? Broad strokes are useless no matter how you slice them.

This is correct, and it even says so at the top of the page.

Tl;dr: it’s fine. lucid suggests you plug it in it left unattended for long time periods, just to be safe, but it’s fine either way.

This has nothing to do with navigation. Android Auto works exactly as everyone expected it to, which is the same as CarPlay. The speed limit sign reading is a separate system entirely, and I agree it could use improvement.

Take the phone out of the case if you have it in one and try it. I have found one of my cases works and the other doesn’t.

Wheel rash costs $150-250 per wheel to fix in the Bay Area. I know because I’ve had three fixed.

Yeah. Lucid isn’t big enough to be their own bank yet like Mazda, BMW, MB, etc.

It will take the servers down for a few hours while they upgrade some software. Not all upgrades are consumer facing. There is nothing to tell you except it’ll “improve robustness.”

I have my Air for that. Maybe one day, a Sapphire, but for now I’ve got all I need. My point still stands. The Plaid is great 0-60 but does not pull as well at speed. We are talking about different things. On a drag strip, you’re right. On a track, I’m less convinced.

Until 50 or so. At speed, the Gravity pulls much faster, imho. Same is true of the Air. Just takes a bit of getting used to.
