RESOLVED NEW Lucid App means NO MORE CHARGING history or 'free status' dates displayed

The charging history Lucid records is only what is billed to/through Lucid. Only EA ever shows up, and only if you're using Lucid's charging subscription vs paying EA directly.

    Camera lag/delay

I don't think they are. In older cars most of the sensors would be wired up to a CAN bus connected to some ECU(s) which are then connected to beepers and maybe the screen. You still have multiple computers that can fail. Additionally, CAN bus "networks" are usually a chain of devices, relying on...

Does your AM/FM radio work reliably? Mine does not

At one point not too long ago nearly all cars had actual cigarette lighters and ash trays. Does that mean they all should still? Anyway I don’t mean to start a debate over nothing, and I agree that if it is there, it should work. I just wouldn’t be too shocked if the radio is removed rather than...

Does your AM/FM radio work reliably? Mine does not

You say that as if it's an obvious necessity, but I have never once attempted to turn on the FM/AM radio in my car. I don't care. For better or worse, radio is going the way of the dodo, and I'm not convinced a market survey would show that it's worth Lucid's money to put effort into it until a...

    Bass rattle

To be clear, a rattle is still not expected and you may get a little bit better lows if that's fixed.

    Camera lag/delay

Yeah I'd get that checked out by service if it's that reproducible. If it were purely a software issue I think we'd be seeing a lot more of it. I've only heard a few people say they're still having camera issues after the curb rash alert issue was fixed. Sometimes a software update just uncovers...

    Cannot log in anywhere

Indeed something appears broken. I just get "Something went wrong" when trying to log in to lucidmotors.com.

    Camera lag/delay

Good to know. Could you take a video? Is it like that every time?

    Camera lag/delay

You seem to have missed the part where I said that QA should have caught this, and that the process should be improved. You're also making an assumption, which I already commented on, that anything actually changed in the camera display software vs. something around it changing. Again, I don't...

    Camera lag/delay

As a reasonably experienced programmer: every reasonably experienced programmer knows that making absolute statements like this is a foolish way to shoot yourself in the foot. Even the best, most experienced, most thorough and careful programmers in the world make mistakes, and a not...

    Camera lag/delay

If your turn signal cameras are failing often, that is not the status quo, that is something to press service on. Mine have failed once in my 2 years with the car, and that was a known bug in one previous version.

    Mobile key unlocking delay

In the context of the post borski was replying to referring to Lemon law, yes the fobs work (nearly?) 100% of the time. If you press the button. The car is legally doing its job as a car if you can unlock and get into it. If you can't unlock the car by pressing the button on your fob, you are...

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

Yeah, this checks out, the iPhone pops up the wallet automatically when it's brought near any NFC reader. That's used for transit cards and whatnot as well. The key card is NFC, and that thing in the A pillar is an NFC reader.

Drive assist & cruise refuse to engage periodically 2.6.0 / 2.6.11

I think it always has? I remember reading in the manual when I got my car 2 years ago that ADAS disengages above 90mph If it was below 90, then I don't think that's an intentional disengage you're seeing, it's the new ADAS getting confused about something and giving up

I think I figured out much of the cause of my MobileKey frustrations - baby got back!

I don't think it's the fact that it's in front of you vs behind you, it's the fact that the phone is asleep in your pocket vs awake in your hand. This has been talked about a lot here on the forum. If you did another test with the phone face-down on a cart or something such that it isn't waking...

    Mobile key unlocking delay

It's not clear that it is a huge issue, and I don't think anyone would consider it a reasonable application of lemon law. It does not stop you from using the car, it is a minor annoyance. Grating, but minor.

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

There's no satellite or Internet or any other remote connectivity involved with the mobile key. It's Bluetooth directly between your phone and the car, that's it. That doesn't help explain why it wasn't working, but it's likely a problem on the phone. Sometimes force-quitting and restarting the...

    OOS - Gravity Charging

    Gravity GT has a 123kWh battery, and its stated range is 450 miles with the small wheels. 450 mi / 123 kWh = about 3.66 mi/kWh 48A at 240V = 11.5 kW 3.66 x 11.5 = 42.09 miles per hour Or in terms of the whole battery, 123 kWh / 11.5 kW = 10.7, call it 11 hours from 0-100%. 20%-80% should take...
