As a result of watching the video, I discovered that the charging screen in the car has more detail and functionality than the charging screen on the phone app. I think I have been using the phone app exclusively, which is why I wasn't aware of the preconditioning option on the car screen

FWIW, I heard that noise early on. The service person made a house call to hear that and see a few other things. He said that that noise, (which comes from the left side of the car quite close to the firewall), is the automatic brake releasing.
Is 1.2.6 the latest update? I’ve been on the east coast since late June without my car. Also, is there a way to determine the latest update in one’s vehicle without physically being in it?
It is the brake lock module, which is located just in front of the driver. I thought that there was a problem with the car and mentioned it. The technician checked it and confirmed what it was and that the sound is normal.
I have the Tahoe and really like it. It’s not “orangey” at all. More a rich tan. But one thing I’ve found with the color that is very annoying is the coordinated stitching on the dash. It reflects up onto the windshield (think “heads up display” so that there is a distracting bright line...
This is my first forum posting. Got my GTR yesterday. Many people here have posted using mi/kWh figures. Is that something that you calculated, or is there somewhere in the menus where one can see those statistics. I agree that there are lots of “holes” in the menus at this point.
