This is a limitation of Apple and Google that requires you to have a rectangular viewport. 3.0 won’t change this.

Just pull out by the two grippy sides. Don’t squeeze or anything. Mine slides out like butter; if yours doesn’t, you might ask for a replacement.

Correction: they do not have to be pre-mapped. But it is geofenced to highways/freeways. HD maps are used to improve it if available, but are not required for DA to work
