SErvice should be able to see the multiple times that you called customer service, to release it remotely. That should be sufficient to fix this given you are going to service center again.

There is a low battery warning that shows up on the left cockpit panel. I think you get a "key not detected" message when the battery is getting low for a while before the low battery message. This happens after you put car in park.

When you select Nav on top cockpit panel you get the Nav. on top. Then on Pilot Panel swipe down to get the Nav. on the Pilot Panel. There is a Marker on top of Pilot panel on where to swipe. Anytime you change the pilot Panel ie to HVAC you have to swipe down again to get the Nav.
