Hardwire your home charging station! Or use a Hubbel / Bryant / Cooper 14-50 receptacle, not Leviton

Easy way to tell: The correct receptacles are 2.44" in diameter, almost two and a half inches. The cheapies are 2.1" or barely over 2" in diameter. They will use different sized cover plates.

    Unreliable speed limit displayed

This has been my experience as well. When I pass a temporary 55mph sign on the highway, the car instantly reports and asks if I want to set the cruise to the new limit.

Road Trip to Prescott and Flagstaff, AZ

I'm on 20's. Ride wasn't bad at all. Not as smooth as our Lexus RX450h but that's an SUV, about 800lbs lighter and softer springs to begin with. Plus a higher ride height.

Road Trip to Prescott and Flagstaff, AZ

Yes, but the temptation was too great lol! You're absolutely correct. Going slower would have saved me a splash at Kingman, so I would have arrived in Prescott about the same time, maybe even sooner.

Quite possibly the cruelest video I've ever seen LMAO

    Unreliable speed limit displayed

No, I don't engage CC until I'm on the interstate and I turn it off before I exit. Like you, I don't use it in city driving.

    My Road Trip Experiences

Lucid is my first EV (since December, 2022) so I am a noob. I find I'm learning stuff almost every day. Like Borski says, the faster you go, the less the mileage - for all vehicles, not just EVs. Temperatures matter, so does elevation changes, especially drastic ones like the drive from Vegas...

    Unreliable speed limit displayed

This has been my experience as well. The Lucid seems to memorize the latest speed limit sign. IMO, it does this pretty well. Two problems that I've noticed: When going from a surface street onto an Interstate highway, its speed is governed by the last speed limit on the surface street...

Road Trip to Prescott and Flagstaff, AZ

After the last couple of software updates, I've noticed that the regen is not as aggressive as before. The car rolls a lot farther before it comes to a complete stop, I've had to use the brake pedal a few times, something I don't recall having to do ever before.

Slap on forehead! No, I did not think about doing that. I do that with every car in my garage - except the Lucid. I'll do that today and make it a regular occurrence. TBH, I haven't checked it since I've owned it (December, 2022). Thanks for the suggestion.

Road Trip to Prescott and Flagstaff, AZ

Just went on a short 2-day trip from Las Vegas to Prescott and Flagstaff, AZ. Charged the Lucid Touring to 90% at EA, then topped off to 100% at home - 382 miles of calculated range. Trip estimate is 254 miles. Elevation in Prescott is 5,400 ft MSL; elevation in Las Vegas is 2,480. Punched...

Electrify America to change pricing and begin charging Idle fees

Could EA write an algorithm that makes the HyperFast charger unavailable if an UltraFast charger is available at that station? Flash a message on the screen perhaps? That would increase the odds of availability to users who can actually take advantage of the speed.

    Optimal External Temp for Charging??

In town, I’m still taking advantage of the 3-year freebie but I tend to disconnect when the charge rate plummets. Yeah, typically it’s around 70% the last month or so. I’ll keep notes on what happens when the weather cools.
