    Air touring configuration

I just received another reply from Lucid. They said there’s going to be mobile units throughout the country and if they need to pick up your car for repairs, they provide a loaner.

    Air touring configuration

I received a reply from customer service. Regarding if they have plans to open a service center in Tucson, they said 80% of the repairs would be from the mobile units and anything major will be done by partnering with other locations. Maybe that means partnering with a second party repair...

    Air touring configuration

Maybe they’re still trying to figure out option prices and won’t enter that into the configuration until they get closer to production. I think though this may turn off a lot of people from ordering if they don’t know their final price.

    Air touring configuration

It just seems basic they would automatically add in your options in the summary, then add to the total cost . The only number I’m seeing is the base price of 95K.

    Air touring configuration

Seems like an oversight. I had already created an account and thought maybe that was the reason why it wasn’t showing but that’s not the case. At any rate I sent a message to their customer service so I’ll wait and hear their answer. It would be nice to know what the options cost and what the...

    Air touring configuration

I’ve been inputting information into the configuration for the air touring model. When I got to the glass canopy it showed as an option but it wouldn’t allow me to select. I also added Dream Drive Pro and the surroundsound system, but in the summary those options aren’t showing and my total...

    Lucid service centers/showrooms in Tucson

I am anxiously awaiting the reviews on the Dream Edition. I’m considering ordering the touring model but my one concern is for now according to Lucids website, the closest service center is Scottsdale which is about 112 miles from me. I’m in Tucson. That would make servicing quite problematic...

    Dream edition video reviews

I haven’t seen any video reviews yet from the new owners of the Dream edition. Hopefully soon. Looking forward to hearing their opinions.

    Air Dream Deliveries?

Well that’s convenient. I hope Lucid has a quality control checklist that major manufacturers use before they release a car. Unlike Tesla where the burden is on the owner.

    Air Dream Deliveries?

I’m curious if the Dream editions are being delivered directly to the owners home or to a showroom/service center?

Deciding between Lucid touring, Tesla X, and Mercedes EQS

It looks like the first dream editions will be released at the end of October… hopefully! I’m looking forward to the reviews from the new owners. This will help me determine which car to get. My main issue with Tesla is poor customer service and quality issues. However my son has a Tesla model...

How to Compare the Lucid Air Dream Edition to the Tesla Model S Plaid

What’s just as concerning to me other than the yoke is the inferior customer service with Tesla. I believe there’s only one customer service center in my town and it’s 40 minutes away. Elon should invest a small percentage of his empire into building more customer service centers and hiring...

    Lucid Air Touring

After spending considerable time reading and watching videos of the Tesla S which I initially had considered buying, I will now wait and see the reviews of the Air Dream . Although out of my price range, it’ll give us a good indication of the quality and reliability of the complete line. I’m...
