Has anyone else noticed a significant drop off in the responsiveness of customer service?

Definitely have noticed a degradation with CS. I'm old-school so the phone is my preferred tool for communication. The past half dozen calls resulted in "leave a message and someone will get back to you", which is usually the following day, unlike what it was like in 2023 when a live person...

Does Lucid sell my driving data to third-party for auto insurance purposes?

I have a Hyundai Santa Cruz. Hyundai calls it Bluelink (which I've disabled). from Owner's Manual, Chapter 1, pp. 8: "This vehicle is equipped with an event data recorder (EDR). The main purpose of an EDR is to record, in certain crash or near crash-like situations, such as an air bag...

    1st car wash.

The first, and only time, I brought my Air to a touchless wash, the dryers blew off the pair of trim from the roof and I was unable to find them. These are the trim pieces that you remove when you want to mount a roof rail. Fortunately, Lucid sent me replacements. Thank you Lucid! Now I wash...

    Auto Park

I’ve never used autopark. I don't park next to other cars to avoid getting dinged by someone’s door when exiting their car. It would be swell if, as you say, it could read painted lines with no cars adjacent.

    Lucid marketing

I live in Upstate NY and have owned an Air since April 2023. Oftentimes, I’m stopped by passersby who admire it and ask questions about the car, the first being, “Who makes this car?” They say they know about Tesla, but never heard of Lucid. How is possible that the car is, at this point...

Picking up Air Pure tomorrow. What should I know?

Watch Bobby On The Air vids - https://www.lucidupdates.com/videos.html The car is meant to be enjoyed. Shut down your brain and just drive it for the pure pleasure that it provides.

    New owner from NY

Went to the city last year and had to leave car overnight at a parking lot. Returned home the next day, only to find, much to my chagrin, a minor paint chip on edge of rear door, as if it had been dinged. Drove car to Keeler and Brian, the manager, said that he, personally, would touch it up...

    New owner from NY

We're neighbors. Let the fun begin! I picked up mine in Natick but get it serviced in Plainview. This morning while at the dump, a woman of a certain age ran up to me to asked about my Pure. She was clearly impressed and excited about the car. She remarked that it was unfortunate that...

In the club! The Air club.

Everything you said is a carbon copy of my experience with my ‘23 Pure. You’ll find the pleasure factor will increase over time. It’s an odd feeling when driving 80 mph because without an engine, it feels and sounds like I’m doing 20 mph. That’s when, uncontrollably, a smile beaks out across...
