I was trying to attach a video of me struggling to open the doors today. The site won’t let me attach a video. I have been having this issues since I got my vehicle a few months ago. It is embarrassing that I have to open the app to open the door.

You are right about the trunk not opening fast enough, neither do the doors. Takes about 30 seconds, I have to go the the door, touch my phone to make sure it unlocks, then come back to the trunk and open it, not a very pretty scene, I had made this comment to one of the lucid teams in the past...

After the last software update, using navigation with Prime music playing in the background, has been an issue, Everytime the navigation voice kicks in, it skips the current song and the navigation sentence is not complete. Is this a known issue? Fixed in the next update?

agree, i would think this was well addressed before release and especially after multiple years after vehicle was release. Again, im spoilt using my Tesla Model S and Model Y's andmaybe i shold have read between lines on the highway assist and lane keep before purchasing

When I’m at home my phone is connected to wifi. When I get closer to the car or in the car , I loose the connection. When I go to settings and try to connect back to wifi, it wants to disconnect me from lucid.

Thank you. Yea the data over cellular is on. 2 iPhones have the same issues. Also - if the 5g signal Is weak and lucid kicks me out of wifi, then also I’m not able to use my phone. 😞

Umm, the phone is like a rock when in the car. neither the wifi nor the 5g works, they both work fine when not in or near the car. i presume there is an issue with the connectivity.
