Does the crack go all the way to the edge ? If it does the service team will say that there was an impact at that point and hence not covered under warranty and you’ll have to file a claim with insurance. FWIW my crack also appeared mysteriously during a heat wave when I took the car through...

not really worried about premiums but more future buyers seeing all these insurance claims etc how it would affect resale value. Also, really think it’s about time Lucid released a software update which would use some of the surround view features to record when other vehicles/people get close...

Yeah perfectly fine. The shop says they didn’t remove the hood or anything. I’m taking the car back to them next week hopefully can avoid a service visit. I’m sure it’s maybe just a latch needs adjusting.

I just got PPF on the whole front half of the car and now my frunk doesn’t seem to want to open 🤔 anyone have this issue? It opens a bit and then I have to grab it and open it manually.

Went out for a few runs last night 😎 Still have my 19" winter Pirellis on and got lots of wheel spin so wasn’t expecting anything spectacular as far as numbers but I actually think this is pretty decent considering.

I find that my drivers side ventilated seat works really well but for some reason the passenger side just doesn’t cool as well… I can hear the fans turning on but it just doesn’t seem to flow as much air as the drivers seat.

Also if you look closely there are 2 cracks that approximate each other One in the inside of the glass and one on the outside

I looked at that and it doesn’t. Also I did not open or close the trunk recently. But it’s not really close to the hinge it’s further back in the "corner" of the glass.

Damn this also just happened to me :( Obviously no impact or anything to explain it. The car was sitting in front of my house all day in the hot sun and when I went to drive it to the grocery store I notice this massive crack. Only thing I can think of is contracting and expanding materials...

Actually for a straight line acceleration (example 1/4 mile) lighter smaller diameter wheels with sticky meatier tires with more sidewall is desirable… as long as they clear the brakes
