So today I had a pleasant surprise. It's 57F in NJ and my efficiency is 3.8 mi/kWh with me driving on county roads with traffic lights and lots of stop and go. I know temp is a huge determinant of range but it was nice to see the real world numbers.

One of the service techs told me to keep an eye out for a "big" software update later in February. He was following up with me regarding audio issues in my car. Read into that what you will. Not sure if this is another bug fixes update or release of new features.

My car's thermometer seems to be a little closer than what others have reported usually 4-5 degrees F over the true temp.

My son is the same way. Nothing stays clean when he's around lol. I did Scotchgard the carpets when I first got my Touring. Maybe I just have to accept the fact that the carpets aren't going to be perfect forever and use my Bissell green machine to clean them once a week or so.

How are you keeping the exposed areas around the mats clean? The outside of my right foot kinda rests against the center console when I drive so I have dirt build up on that area of carpet just to the right of the accelerator.

I don’t know if the car wakes up fully in order for the battery management system to kick in. I’ve heard what sounds like fans and motors coming from my car even when the car is locked and I assume that’s the BMS doing its thing.

The iOS widget changes the graphic based on what you're doing with the car. This is what I see now when I'm charging. It shows a car charging lol. Good update, Lucid. Although this shows my white Touring as having 20 inch wheels 😝
