It took like 2 weeks the customer service was great they showed up closed trailered the car and dropped if a 7 series at the same time. It was a bummer but having my car but they did everything they could to make it convenient and fast.

They have determined it was a faulty rear drive unit and will be replacing it. That being said I’ve been launching it everyday since it happened and nothing has happened again no turtle mode or warning indicators. They are picking the car up tomorrow though to do the replacement.

Yeah my 6 month premium is $1600! Said maybe in 6 months it’ll drop since it’s such a new car but I’m not holding my breath

I too would find that very concerning, I’m thinking it did log it but they didn’t dive deep enough to find it but who knows. They are currently looking over the data and are thinking it possibly may need a new rear drive unit. What was replaced on yours the entire rear motor?

They came by took all the data logs and are gonna research it runs fine now so no Action yet we’ll see
