While this is great to see and I'm generally a fan of updates like this, you should see Apples updates 😅 Lucid definitely feels more like that. A luxury brand that doesn't want you to worry about the inner workings. That being said, I'd love to see more details.

I do this, but have to still jiggle it ever so slightly. It doesn't mess with lane biasing or anything at all, which is nice.

I'm just speculating but I think the buttons it does have are capacitive. Next/Prev/Mic buttons for example seem to be the same underlying butting but do different thing based on where you press (capacitive). How cool would it be that you just need to have your fingers on those to keep it quiet.

I'm still 100% on the FOB side :) Perhaps being able to disable passive unlock in a geofenced area around my home would do it. But I'm perfectly happy using the FOB. It's super predictible once you know its quirks.

Maybe the face recog camera can detect hands on the wheel. It'd be an improvement even if it can only see the top half of the wheel.

Ah, so unfortunate! Lucid approved body shop will be able to make that as good as new though so don't worry. Probably won't need a new bumper but depends on what else was damaged (plastic clips)
