    I did the turn signal reset procedure before calling Customer Care. Then I did the Valet reset procedure as instructed by Customer Care. Did it twice even. Then I tried the turn signal reset procedure again.

    I believe I'm having this same problem as of today. Drove the car Sunday fine. There hasn't been an OTA since then. But this afternoon the pilot panel is blank and the panel above that (top-right, media, nav, etc.) is frozen. No profiles show or load. Waiting to hear from Service.

    Customer Care normally replies within 20 minutes at the most, although there was one weekend I never heard back from them. For Service, it's entirely dependent upon your location. I'm in Pennsylvania and I'm still waiting to hear from Service from 4 times I contacted Customer Care in November...

    Yeah, I use the massage all the time and while it's definitely audible, I wouldn't describe it as "loud" or "noisy".

    The only thing I'll suggest is that you discard the relevance of the Google sheet (your log). I understand you put work into that and its value is significant to you, but that doesn't mean it's valuable to Lucid/the service team. I presume Service can get all the data it needs from the car...

    I tried a 110v exactly twice. The first time I got 1 mile of range added per hour. The second time I lost 3 miles of range in an hour.

    I have a 2022 Grand Touring. FWIW when switching profiles the steering wheel and mirrors go to the set position for that profile, it's just the seats that don't. And the restore button does nothing for the seats.

    I've had the exact same problem for maybe 2 months now. (It worked fine before that.) Customer Care wasn't able to resolve it, though, so I don't know what the fix might be. I'm really eager to find out!

    What I do know is from here on out when someone asks what kind of range I get, I'm going to say "It's not consistent, but I've seen it say 1500+ miles on a single charge".

    Not a joke! My car reported that this morning. Offhand I cannot recall if I actually drove almost 1500 miles since my last charge (which also means I haven't charged the car in ~6 weeks) or if this was a new bug I'd never seen before that went away a few minutes later.

    FWIW Customer Care "escalated" one of my issues to Service on November 11th...and I still haven't heard from Service. EDIT: Which is to say I gather that if Service is understaffed, it may take more to make something happen, if possible.

    Wind noise

    I had the same issue with my rear passenger door. Comes and goes but at worst is a 1/4"gap at the window and you can feel air coming out. Close door, close door, close door, push at the top ~fixes it so far.

    My Thanksgiving trip was 800 miles, half in the hills, temps in the 25-50F. Probably averaged 80 MPH. Got 3.3 mi/kWh, which felt pretty good.     Oh yeah, I've just given up expecting service for the foreseeable future. And I'm not a pessimist. I worked on support at a startup and it's super hard to staff and train enough people to keep up with what can be hockey-stick growth. I totally get it. But if you get a bad service/support...
