    Bridgestone Turanza EV tire

Perhaps there will be a new option for all season tires in the not-so-distant future: Bridgestone debuts its Turanza EV grand touring tire

    Cooling Protocol

You're talking about the "auto condition seats and steering wheel" option, right? I have that on, but I haven't noticed it actually do anything.

    Radio reception

This discussion motivates me to share a thought I've been having lately... is Lucid focusing on the right things? I love the car and I love that they've had a regular cadence of updates but... there's a lot of low hanging fruit that I'm surprised that Lucid hasn't addressed in these updates...

Odd message on start up( ghost in the machine)

I'd try a logo reset and see if that resolves the issue. If not, complain to customer support.

iPhone MagSafe mount to replace OEM charging pad.

I would like one as well if possible. Happy to pay but if you're still not accepting compensation, I'm also happy to make donation to charity in your name. Can you please remind me what charging puck fits your wedge? Thx!

    Mobile Key Working Well!

I wish the app had an option to temporarily disable Mobile Key (not unpair). I had to remove my Mobile Key pairing because, when working in my garage and using my phone to listen to music, the car would lock/unlock a bazillion times.

    Cooling Protocol

After running errands on a few unseasonably warm days in the Seattle area (~90 degrees), I've landed on what seems to be a way to keep the car reasonably cool. 1) When parking use the "hold temp" feature to maintain the cabin temp around 70 degrees while I'm out of the car. This of course...

    SiriusXM Megathread

Try a Bobby Reset. That might restore them.

What is the best way to come off ACC with High Regen?

This is super helpful as I ran into the same problem this last weekend. I tried switching to standard regen while on the highway and that seemed too aggressive still. I'll give this method a go next time I'm on the highway.

New Bugs Thread as of April 9, 2023

So as someone considering getting ceramic, is the general consensus to ask to have the Lidar sensor masked off? Anyone asked Lucid about this?

    Release Version Megathread

I did not know about that one! That fixed it. Thank you! Lucid CS replied to me earlier today that they will push .64 to me, but that hasn't happened yet.

    Release Version Megathread

Not exactly. I started the update and it was probably 90 min or more before I checked on the car. I would think that it would do a standard reset on it's own since no key would have been in proximity during that time, but maybe you're saying that's not the case.

    Release Version Megathread

I just installed .61 and now the upper screen is scrambled while switching profiles. Pilot panel looks normal. Texted Lucid customer service to let them know of the bug.

    Regenerative Braking and Charge Limit

Thanks for moving the thread. Maybe it's intended, but as I mentioned I don't think my Tesla had behaved this way and I think it's a miss in terms of range. It's one thing to limit the charage, but (IMO) it's another to limit the reg braking capabilities. Also, it's a bit of a safety issue...

    Regenerative Braking and Charge Limit

Crap. Meant to post this in Driving Dynamics, but can't figure out how to move / delete it.

    Regenerative Braking and Charge Limit

It seems that regenerative braking capability is tied to the charging limit. I have my charging limit set to ~80%. I often drive down a long downhill within a few miles of my house. I've noticed that at the bottom, I have no regenerative braking capability and have to use the brake pedal...

Bug: Sirius XM periodically forgets my favorites

Several times now, I've found that my Sirius XM favorites are "forgotten" and I get a "Nothing to display" message. I've found that a Bobby Reset will fix this. Lucid should think of caching the list locally and updating async to provide a better experience.

    No. I checked that first.

Took the plunge on LUCID AIR, but only for 2 years(!)

Welcome, John. I have about 500 miles on my Touring now and the more I drive it, the more I love it. Is it perfect, no. But then, I have yet to have a car that I would say is perfect. I think you'll love your Touring based on how great it drives and looks and that will help you to see past...
