    Same problems here...only since last software upgrade. I've e-mailed and called multiple times. Poor phone quality in the car was OK for a week or two, but it's been over a month. Most annoying issue for me to date - and I'm on my third steering wheel! (creek issue)

    @joec I hear ya, but if you had no other network other than the Tesla network, including superchargers, we're all way ahead of anything without Tesla for the for the next 10 years. No brainer.

    @Bill55 We need to align with NACS, that much is very clear and will benefit everyone's experience. EA sucks and is the rate limiter for all non-tesla EVs until now.

    @Lucken I'm at about 5500 miles. The only squeaks and rattles come from my two car seats in the back seat. Thrilled with the purchase a year later.

    @rlissak Unfortunately there's nothing to do. It's an EA issue and this is episodic to charging locations and indivdual chargers within a location. Best advice I have for you is to precondition your battery for 30 minutes before charging and then rotate chargers at a location until you get one...

    @Keith I called Lucid about this before the install and the customer service team was honest that they were getting details, but were firmly told following the install instructions will future proof for the V2H capability. Shut-off required for the unit, which they installed...that's all I know.

    @Shuasha it's actually next to a garage storage cabinet, but it's placed there to secure into a stud. No issue for me as you can see I have the slat system on the wall and numerous hooks to use to wrap the cord. Install was great, super clean. I love that they secured through the slat wall...

    @Tim-in-CA I had two panels of 400A to pull from...which is why I went ahead and pulled another 100A for my other stall since they were doing the work...just trying to future proof things if an SUV with decent range comes out!

    Timezone quirks?

    @rgtichy It's super annoying, but right now the car(s) seem to default to PT until driven for some period of time. My DE-R has about 1,200 miles on it and it still happens EVERY time.
