Fair takes. The only thing I would add is that doing a logo reset (go to the "about" section in settings and hold down the Air logo for about 10 seconds) will do a soft reboot of the car's operating system, and tends to fix a lot of the weird issues like garbled audio or the mirrors misbehaving.

Most of the charging speed relies on the current SoC and the heat tolerances. Not sure about the Taycan video you watched, but a lot of them are under very specific circumstances. Bring your AGT to a 350kW EA charger when its at 5% SoC and I'd bet you'd see better than 200kW.

As I've mentioned earlier in this thread - unless it was changed recently and I haven't noticed - there is currently no indictation if regen is limited or unavailable. Which is weird, considering Tesla and other competitors have a visual indicator for it and even flash a warning.

Its the industry standard and also a liability issue. Even with highway assist enabled you must be ready to take over at any time. Any indications that you're not (eyes off the road, hands not on wheel) will trigger the warnings.

Keep pushing thenm on it. Maybe they can dispatch a mobile service to you and you can demonstrate how it fails at a level 3 charger?
