[RESOLVED] Yikes! at 107 Miles and now - what seems like a significant system meltdown on my new Air.

Probably not the most technical description, but it made sense to me after he said that.

Printed directions from Map Quest - forgot about that, I think they got me lost and in the wrong location at least a dozen times.

Update - The service center in Scottsdale called me about an hour after I spoke with customer service and shared pictures of the errors. He said that he would have a mobile tech here at 10 AM. Sure enough, a fantastic service technician showed up and started working on the car; because of where...

    New Owner in AZ

Greetings: Jordan here in Paradise Valley AZ. Picked up my vehicle last week. it is a beautiful vehicle. Dark gray with a Tahoe interior. I have owned two Tesla Model S's and the quality and build of this car is so much more impressive. The company obviously has a focus on luxury and style...

Any Lucid owners who are previously Tesla owners? Curious about your thoughts on your experience and if you prefer Lucid

I have owned two Tesla Model Ss - My experience with the first Tesla was fantastic delivery, well-orchestrated, and excellent service. Then Tesla launched the Model Y, which took off, and I believe that they became overwhelmed and decided to cut costs, so it was like dealing with another...

Please know I was not trying to bash you or anyone or Lucid. I have a legitimate issue and hope anyone else who has had it would jump in and share how it was resolved. I truly apologize if my comment came off as bashing.

Not at all - but voicing an opinion without data or personal experience is not helpful. I have owned a Tesla Roadster, Two model S's, and now a Lucid. Perhaps you may be an expert on EV's but I certainly have extensive experience with them. However, I would never put myself out there as an EV...

[RESOLVED] Yikes! at 107 Miles and now - what seems like a significant system meltdown on my new Air.

My goal in asking the question is to figure out the issue and move forward, not to bash Lucid but to explain the issue and get valuable input from others who own a car. I am open to hearing from people who don't own a car, but the value of their input on vehicle issues is worthless unless they...

No, I did not try to use the side levers - will try that tomorrow.

If you don't own a car, you are unqualified to offer an opinion about an issue. You have no database you can refer to that tells us anything, and you seem to have an axe to grind. This is now my third EV, and I feel confident that my opinion about issues with an EV is valid...what makes you an...

[RESOLVED] Yikes! at 107 Miles and now - what seems like a significant system meltdown on my new Air.

Yes,fortunately, I am about five miles from the Scottsdale Service Center. I just said to my wife; this is one of the challenges when you are an early adopter. I have been one all my life, and it has paid massive dividends in my life. However, sometimes it takes patience.

[RESOLVED] Yikes! at 107 Miles and now - what seems like a significant system meltdown on my new Air.

I have had my new Lucid for one week. It has a total of 107 miles (87 by me). I last drove it on Thursday, and it was a dream to drive. We went to our kids for the holiday, so the car sat in our garage, secure and temperature controlled for three days. I returned this evening to get something...
