FOB update is done via the phone app. under "Software Update" at the top there is a "VEHICLE" and "KEY FOB" button. Click on the "KEY FOB" button and follow the directions. Version 2.35.13 is the latest software version for the key fob.

the difference with Mobile is you don't lose access to the car and just need to be in a certain spot for four or so hours (they give you a four hour window IIRC). So much better than losing your car for 2 to 4 weeks while the car is in the shop mostly waiting for someone to work on it.

Don't the networks have this information and Lucid just queries the charging network? That's what I would expect. Expecting Lucid to keep a map of charging stations is crazy (and how would Lucid know the number of charge ports which are in use?).

We likewise use the space as storage for when we are traveling (assuming no one is occupying the 3rd row). It does give quite a bit of space. We put cases of wine and squishable things in the space which allows for a somewhat flat space (not perfect, but it works)

Yes, that is somewhat correct. You will have to remove the key card from your wallet (or at least I do) as the key card has to be on the B pillar to work. One thing the key card can't do is open the frunk or trunk. You will have to open the trunk or frunk using the left side of the top screen...

Does the 2nd and 3rd row AC vents work if all the seats are down? i.e. if I have a pet back there and the seats down.

The download will happen even if the SOC is below what is needed to update. You need at least a 20% SOC to run the update on the Gravity (see https://lucidowners.com/threads/gravity-v3-5-7.15911/page-4#post-349995)

I've found that if you hardwire your iPhone to the USBc ports in the console then carplay comes up no problems. If i'm using bluetooth then things get wonky

I don't think you have to unlock the car to run the ac/heat before you get into the car.
