    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Does anyone else have issues with phone call quality from the car? People on the other end keep complaining about how it sounds. I spoke with service, and they said the Air has the same problem, and they’re not sure if it can be resolved.

The mobile service is coming on Monday. They think some module in the car is defective That seems like a nasty workaround. I have to remember to turn off wifi on my phone before I leave the house.

I’m on Android and have updated to version 3.3.5. I’ve already tried everything — reinstalled the app, rebooted the car, and disconnected from Wi-Fi. The service team told me they don’t see my car connected to the cloud.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Hi! I’m also in NJ and picked up my Gravity a few weeks ago. The car is supposed to connect to the cellular network, but for the past few days, whenever it’s not on Wi-Fi, the Lucid app shows “Vehicle is Offline.” The service center has no idea why. It’s been pretty frustrating. They’re sending...

Yes, it records if you press the horn or trigger hard braking, but only saves the 30 seconds leading up to that moment. That’s useful in some cases, but it’s not true always-on protection. Continuous recording captures everything while driving, not just triggered events. That means you’d have...

But that’s still manual, not continuous. Tesla’s Dashcam records automatically while driving and lets you tap to save clips anytime. BMW, Toyota, Genesis, and others offer similar features, though most are limited to short buffers

Tesla actually does offer manual recording via its Dashcam feature. It continuously records while driving, and you can tap to save clips anytime. BMW’s Drive Recorder, Toyota’s Integrated Dashcam, and even Genesis and Hyundai offer similar functionality, though most are limited to short buffers...

Just tested Lucid’s new Halo Secure. Conceptually, it’s a step forward, but Live Drive feels oddly constrained. Right now, it only records if you honk or slam the brakes, saving just the previous 30 seconds. That’s fine for accidents, but it misses the broader utility of a dashcam. Why not...

I did. Should I remove the key fob and key cards from the Guest?

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

I figured it out. Looks like everytime I enter the car it defaults to Guest profile. I need to switch to my profile manually. Is there a way to default to my profile instead of Guest?

I'm trying to enable Halo Secure using a 256 GB USB flash drive. The drive formatted successfully, but the "Event Recording" option remains grayed out. Is the USB size the issue. Do I need to use a smaller drive?

Could you clarify the purpose of the large gap behind the second row? Is it intentional for a specific feature or function?

I was able to resolve squeaking noise by moving second row seat half way forward.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Yes, the second row doesn’t need to move forward, it can simply recline. As I mentioned, the seats fold flat without needing to move. The front seats adjust automatically, and the second-row movement is only intended for third-row access.
