    Possible total loss

Agree about sentry feature. In this case the car that hit me was disabled and in the breakdown lane, as noted. He sideswiped the passenger side of the car behind me in the middle lane then still moving fast hit my right rear wheel. No question about fault. The NJSP accident report is not yet...

    Possible total loss

Thanks. We felt an entirely unexpected jolt forward. Good that we were moving because if we were going much slower or stopped it would have been more intense. Minimal rear quarter panel damage because the wheel took most of the impact.

    Possible total loss

I was hit hard in the right rear quarter wheel well area and was able to drive to a Lucid Service center/studio in Rutherford NJ about 10 miles away with multiple super annoying warnings of inoperability on brake, stability systems etc. The impact appears to have damaged the axel, as the wheel...

    Chargepoint Home Charger issues

After three and a half years my ChargePoint home charger WiFi failed to connect. I have it on a 60 amp circuit and have charged at 48 amps without a problem , although frequently have to reset the circuit breaker. Of course the warranty is only for three years so unless I want to spend another...

Took 2K mile road trip, now looking to sell Gravity

I have a 23 AGT so my experience may not be applicable to Gravity. I've driven back and forth to NE from VA as well as a couple of 2000 mile cross country trips and have never had a problem with charging except one misdirection from native nav in MD. I can relate to your comments about the nav...

    Cccv2 upgrade

I had new part installed shortly after it was available with a short mobile service visit. It was based on my trust that Lucid wants us to have the optimal experience with future OTAs. I ordered my AGT in April 2022 with the expectation that there would be challenges, as there are for even...

    Dashcam coming to Air UX3?

I will leave speculation about the tech requirements of recorded video storage and retrieval from the forward looking camera to others but given that Lucid has delivered on the list above I expect that it will deliver on a "dashcam" as well.

    Cosmos prototype

Much illuminating discussion about market positioning and governmental stipulations above, which is instructive. The photo at the beginning is promising. Cosmos definitely has better design and proportions than the Tesla next to it, although at this stage that should be the case. If it is...

Air Transition to UX3, to be or not to be!

My experience with my AGT starting in Oct 2022 has presented some challenges but Lucid Motor Company has represented my best interest and has delivered on its explicit and implied promises. My confidence has remained steadfast and Lucid has validated it. I had CCCv2 installed shortly after its...

    19" vs 20" Wheels

112 kWh battery on the AGT. I am on 19's and sometimes in warm weather on interstate drives get 4 m/kWh and have never gone below about 20% SOC on a trip. I usually get an average of 3.5 m/kWh so using 90 kWh yields 315 miles. Sure, I may get better efficiency and calibrate my mileage and...

    Air Version 2.9.0

Not the end of the world but after a few days with the 2.9.0 i still get delays and problem messages on Sirius station acquisition through CarPlay. No change from my experience before the OTA.

using Carplay navigation blocks gravity's navigation

Ambassador of clarity. I did not know that CarPlay used the car's GPS. Have used both native Navigation and CarPlay across the country with no problem. Lately the native Nav is serving me better as it has charging stations and routes around places like high traffic DC. Thanks Borski.

    Any word on Air updates?

After three and a half years, and some trying intervals with what were minor inconveniences, my AGT is by far the best car I have owned. I expected glitches with a new model in its first year and it is the first time I bought a first model year car. I am sorry that there are those in this thread...

    Stock price of Lucid

I may be missing something, but how many automobile start-ups have had the financial support and so far steadfast commitment of such a well funded investor? Yes, cash flow is important but as I suggested above, a few billion is walking around money for the PIF. They have potential competition...

    Stock price of Lucid

A few billion dollars is walking around money for the PIF. Sure they may walk away from their investment but it seems to me that they are building for the future.

Jason Cammisa gets it- these manufacturers maybe obsolete soon

What struck me about the video was the obviously increasing pace of change in automobile design and engineering that will probably accelerate. Aside from capital commitment by manufacturers, one potential impediment to passenger vehicle EV adoption is electricity generation and transmission and...

    Lucid Service Issues

You are very tolerant. I posted recently my experience on my only contact with Tyson's Corner, which was to put it kindly, unacceptable. My experience with the tech at the temporary SC in Mechanicsville since I moved to VA in mid 2024 has been great, including the 24k mile service at the SC...

Tyson's Corner - They're Making Me Beg Them To Give Them My Money

I ordered my AGT online and it was delivered to my house three years ago in New England. I moved to VA a couple of years ago and tried to arrange a mobile service visitg at the number on the Lucid app, which connected me to Tyson's Corner. Th eperson I spoke with was a sales associate and was...

Disappointed? Rate your satisfaction 1-10 scale

After three+ years my '23 AGT is by far the best car I have owned. No, it still has annoying glitches but those are overcome by its superb competence on the road. I just finished a 1200 mile trip and the Hands Free feature is a gem with the ridiculous stop and go traffic south of DC for fifty...

Let's talk about the Air's interior compared to competing luxury cars

Anyone who has owned higher end cars has experienced high depreciation, although perhaps not as steep as for the Air. I believe that most of us knew that going in. It will be interesting to see what EV demand does if gas stays high or goes higher, but I would not expect an Air to benefit...
